Table Timer

Privacy policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

Table Timer is an iPhone app and web page made by Jeremy Wick and Mainsplash. This policy covers both.

The short version

Table Timer collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it sends nothing about you or your games to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

Player names, colors, time settings and any game in progress are saved on your iPhone (or in your browser, for the web version) so a game can carry on if the app closes. They never leave the device. Deleting the app, or clearing the site's data in your browser, deletes them.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules an alert on your iPhone for the moment a player's time will run out while the app is in the background. The alert is created and delivered on the device.

Lock Screen and Dynamic Island

During a game, iOS shows the current turn as a Live Activity using information on your device. You can turn this off in Settings > Table Timer.

Links

The app links to mainsplash.com and to these pages. Websites you open have their own privacy policies. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may record technical information such as IP addresses for security, as described in GitHub's privacy statement. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Children

Table Timer collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
